We are thrilled to inform that the Plugin Improvement Protocol (PLIP) has achieved its first milestone, the onboarding of Validator Nodes. Our node operators are welcome to take advantage of this opportunity and earn additional rewards. Node operators with strong technical expertise and passion for blockchain and Linux technology can express their interest (EOI) in becoming a Validator node operator through the Plugin node operator's platform, by answering a few technical questions related to Plugin nodes.
Shortlisted members will need to complete the KYO (Know Your Operator) process and submit the necessary documents to finalize their onboarding. Plugin has a cap of 30 validator nodes, and members will be shortlisted based on their technical expertise and willingness to share their identity as node operators.
Responsibilities, infrastructure requirements, rewards for staking, and penalty fees for non-compliance, will be shared soon.
